Since two version i see that something was wrong with time based rule in packet filter, and finally i found : the rule are ok but they don't take in account the local time...
To operate correctly i have to set my rule in UTC time, and then it works fine :
to make a restriction between 9h01 to 22h54 ( paris / GMT+2 )
i have to set my definition to 7h01 to 20h54 !
Please find the sample, and please noticed that in the packet filter that the packet is accepted, even in outside of the period !..
