When you enabled the user portale (port 443) and the SSL VPN together, you can't reach the portal. This used to work on the v8 (even when the services use both ports)
We add/assign those IDs as soon as we've created the related ticket in the Bugtracking system (Mantis), and we usually do so as soon as we have enough information to create such a bug report. In this case, df12k (one of our VPN guys) will take care of this. He usually takes a closer look at these kind of problems than some of the other developers and tries to come up with a fix (if possible) before "doing the paperwork".
So, what I can say is that he's looking at the problem and there will be a Mantis ID soon, but I won't step on his feet without a good reason... ;-)
