[8.930][BUG] Unable to scan files during download (Proxy)

Hello,

After upgrading to 8.930, I can't seem to download any files.  I'm using Transparent Mode Proxy.  Only after I put my laptop in skip transparent mode, I was able to download.  Please let me know what log file to post for troubleshooting.

    I get the same issue with FF11 and.(Chrome works fine)

    I've tried to disable and re enabled javascript for FF11 and got the same error
    No console error when using firebug
