[8.930][BUG] Unable to scan files during download (Proxy)

Hi guys and gals,
just adding my 10c to the discussion. Same error message with proxy in transparent mode.
Proxy now in standard mode and still can't download some files. I have been able to download files, so it is not all sites. The follwoing url fails to download and causes lots of error messages as posted by others.
