[8.920][ANSWERED] HTML VPN does not reload on 2nd click on tab

I made some changes to the HTML portal, I had the page open in another window.

I expected the screen to reload when I clicked on 'HTML5 VPN Portal' but it didn't. I had to go to another tab and back before it refreshed.

Not sure if this is by design, but I expected it to just reload the page.
