[8.930][ANSWERED] RDP using HTML5 VPN Portal unable to connect

Hi,

just installed the update to 8.930, great work!

I'm now able to connect trhough the HTML5 VPN portal to a SSH session fine. However, when I try to launch a RDP session it fails. It gives the following error:

'An unknown error has occurred.'

The HTML5 VPN log shows:

    Hi FrancWest,

    please activate the debug-mode for the HTML5 VPN Portal via:

    • cc
    • remote_access
    • clientless_vpn
    • debug$
    • =1
    • quit
    • /var/mdw/scripts/screenmgr restart


    and post the output of /var/log/html5vpn.log

    This is the most relevant info:

    2012:04:12-17:39:47 firewall screenmgr[8414]: VNCRDesktop[REF_CliConDc]: Error: protocol security negotiation failure
    2012:04:12-17:39:47 firewall screenmgr[8414]: Session[1]: Service has stopped with an error: 

    I'm connecting to a Windows 2008 R2 server which has Network Level Authentication enabled for RDP. If I change this to 'Allow connection from computers running any version of Remote Desktop (less secure)' then I'm able to connect. So it's the NLA setting of RDP.
