i was really excited by this feature but then realized it wasnt a full open vpn so then i looked at the connection types i figured i could setup a special webapp that starts on port 80 but then switches to several other ports on login.
the app is called the shoretel web communicator. The problem is it only works internally and we have users that we dont or cant give VPN access to.
So to give you an idea
an internal user would go to IP or host name 10.10.2.16, they get a login screen.
user logs in and then it becomes 10.10.2.16:5449 but then i get an error that says it cant find it.
Also how do you allow a web browser for a user to browse both internal and external sources on the net. i tried adding any any to the external list but it didnt work.
