[8.920][BUG] /etc/issues doesn't reflect current webadmin port

After the boot process is completed a message is shown:  All configuration is done with Webadmin.  Go to https::4444 in your browser.

If the port has been changed to a different port, the :4444 is still displayed in the host screen.
