I notice with the VPN client (running on Windows 7 64 bit) if I have a VPN connection and it is dropped, I am not notified of the drop, and the taskbar icon does not change to indicate the dropped state. If I open the client, I see the status indicated on the icon of the log window, but not the task bar icon. Graphic attached.
