Can reproduce this.
Home user. With 8.910 netflix is accessable but video streaming is intermittent. At times the video streaming will not start. At other times it will start but will not play long before failing.
I have 8.301 on a seperate hard disk. If I swap 8.301 hdd for the 8.910 hdd, netflix will stream just fine with no problems. Swap back 8.910 and netflix streaming is as described above. Consistent behavior with hdd swaps.
