You can configure the end user messages of the http proxy at Management > Customization > Web Filter. There are some missing events which you can't customize in this section but they are in the config e.g.:
127.0.0.1 MAIN enduser_messages/http > fileextension_desc$
The URL you have requested matches a forbidden file extension. If you think this is wrong, please contact your administrator.
