Excuse my ignorance, but why isn't there an NTP option on the IPv6 drop down list?
The closest I can get is the sntp-server.

IPv6 NTP Option is pretty new, June 2010 (RFC 5908) [;)]
Is not yet in the list of official supported DHCP options by the ISC daemon.
