[8.900][BUG] Notification cosmetic "clamd restarted"

Hi All

It seems that the notification alert is still showing "clamd service" instead of sophos. Also since we have the option to run either of the engines as part of system settings>scan settings maybe we need a more generic message for the antivirus engine?
