Yes it is but..... 1) The system requirements are higher for v9 than v8 due to additional features 2) As this is the first public build of a BETA, the code may not be fully optimized yet. 3) As this is a BETA, in some cases debug logging may be turned on by default, which will cause more resource utilization. 4) There is one bug in particular with the current build that can cause high CPU if using the Web Protection Proxy. This will be fixed in the next build.
