[8.900][BUG] Email encryption -initial setup

Hi All

If the user doesn't fill in the "Postmaster Email:" box then if you click "save"nothing happens.In order for the feature to be enabled postmaster email must be filled in. This is however not reflected with any notification/warning messages.
