[8.900][MYTH] Intallation problems

Hi,

i make at the first step a installation from a USB Stick. i use the steps from https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/astaroorg/f/52/t/27887

But he can not find the install.tar at this installation methode.

So i burn a CD and install from that, with a USB Stick at the first boot. This was successfull, but he don't show me in the console the correct IP Adress from the backup, but the UTM respone with the old configuration.

    Hi Alex,

    thanks for your feedback, but we don't support this "self build" installation method at all. Especially during a beta, where we are constantly working on the installer and changing things, this is way to much effort. I'm pretty sure that we already have "Installation via USB-Stick" as a feature request on feature.astaro.com, so it might be a good idea to head over there and upvote that feature. And, of course, we are already discuss this internally in the development teams, but i'm sure it won't be a feature for UTM V9.000.

    Regarding your second topic, the "padlock_sha" error message. We are already tracking this, it's one of the first threads here in the forum.
