[8.900][BUG] feature.astaro.com country blocking (china)

Hi,

we have configured the country blocker.

Only for Russia Federation, China and Vietnam.
But feature.astaro.com blocked also (country:china).

Have anyone the same Problem?
That's not so funny... [8-)]

    I also add "feature.astaro.com" to the URL-Filtering "Allow all these URLs". 
    But i don't know which rule takes effect first.
