[8.900][BUG] UPS Does Not re-connect after restart

It worked previously using 8.300.

I also did another test - If I disconnect the UPS from the host , then the Astaro dashboard removes it as well.
When I re-plug it to the esxi host it shows on the Astaro dashboard as in first attachments - i.e. it is there but not reporting properly

I am having the same "issue" as garylaw, and his screenshots could be mine.

The only difference is that for me the UPS does not start at all and it worked on 8.n versions.
