[8.900][BUG] Webproxy disallows access to shieldsup from grc.com

GRC ShieldsUP is a external Portscanner from Gibson Research (which I'm using since years...)

UTM 9 Beta's webproxy doesn't work with it. 

Steps
open GRC | Gibson Research Corporation Home Page  
choose Link ShieldsUP

there it stays...no blockmessage, nothing...

    The webserver on grc.com does not properly complete the SSL shutdown, which is the reason why the HTTP proxy doesn't finish the request processing. To improve the handling of the described situation in the future I've just added a timeout of 5 seconds. Once this timeout expires, the TCP connection is reset without waiting for the SSL shutdown to complete properly. This fix will be part of the next beta release.
