[8.900][CLOSED] Maxdome videostreaming hangs behind firewall

Hi there,

when i try to watch video via Maxdome (German Provider) behind the UTM i have a lot of reconnects, every 10 to 30 seconds. When i put the Maxdome box in front of the firewall i have absolut no problems.

Attached you can see the trafficflow from my fritzbox, the first picture shows the box in front of the UTM, nearly the wohle DSL is used, on the second you see the box behind the UTM...
Seems as if there are only peeks where the box works behind the UTM.

Any ideas what could be the Problem?

I don't use QoS at the UTM, the FritzBox makes QoS for me...

    i found out the following...

    but first let me start to show my constellation :

    internet -> fritzbox -> UTM -> maxdomebox

    on my fritzbox if have static routes to my internal network, so that i don't need NAT on the UTM towards the internet. 

    But now what i found out, if i activate NAT/Masquerading on the UTM towards internet, i have no problems anymore with my Maxdome box.

    What could be the Problem? I don't want to use NAT if i don't need it ... but as soon as i deaktivate it, it stucks again in playing ...
