no, there are no entrys [:(] and normal mails are woring...

You can try toggling postfix and notifier by running

/etc/init.d/postfix restart

 and

/etc/init.d/notifier restart

Other than that I am all out of ideas[;)]

What do you use for the language of WebAdmin? 
When the language of WebAdmin is set to Japanese, I can't receive Executive Report. 
If WebAdmin was English, I'm able to receive it.
Has not the problem occurred in languages other than English?
