for any future threads you create please make sure that the thread name includes version and build number of your installation. This makes our work as administrators easier.

Concerning your issue: please check whether or not you need to commit an action on the client-side. If your client shows nothing more, see if the restart of the related service produces something.

/var/mdw/scripts/epsecc restart

On the clients is no clue.
After the service restart is the problem the same.
