[8.940][CLOSED] PC online but updating failed

Hi,
The PC is shown to be online and status as ok in the UTM, but the Sophos status on the PC shows updating failed.

I have reviewed the Sophos log on the PC and there aren't any obvious error messages about updating.

I have installed the slim version, the the full version over the top and then repeated the full installation this morning.

The PC is XP SP3 running in a VM (parallels 7) on a MAC Book Pro. The ethernet connection is in bridged mode.

    I seem to be facing the same issue on a Windows 7 64bit machine. The other thing that bothers me is the limited reporting on Endpoint Protection. It would be nice to have stats similar to those visible under the network protection and web protection tabs. Ideally it should display what threats were found/eradicated. This information should also be visible on the PDF-based reports.
