[8.920][ANSWERED] Only One Laptop shows

The update contacts another server(Akamai Warehouse). The normal communication goes through Sophos LiveConnect.

Since both laptops showed up after registration, we can eliminate a networking problem. The reason it shows as offline, is because that endpoint hasn't contacted Sophos LiveConnect, so we consider it to be offline.

Can you PM me your UTM ID, and the MCS ID for both your laptops(indicating the one that doesn't show as online). I want to check the logs on Sophos LiveConnect, to see what was your activity and to identify a possible problem.

Sorry -I had to uninstall endpoint protection as both machines could not get updates - I assumed they were not protected.
I turned off endpoint protection in the UTM -so now ID's are gone.

Before I did that I noticed the IP address of d3.sophosupd.com was changing every couple of minutes (verfied via ping).

It's ok. Just let me know if this happens again.
