[8.920][ANSWERED] Endpoint Update failed.

Hi all,

Hope you are doing well.

I have this problem when I downloaded the agent from the link that Astaro gave me and installed the agent and removed MSE agent , the sophos agent could not update.

I don't know where is the problem but the internet is working fine.

    @Jens: The empty alerts in the endpoint overview are/should be unrelated to this issue. I think they were triggered when you played with the Tamper Protection feature(just a hunch).


    i could reproduce the empty alerts...i had to hit the "update now" "button" in my EPP-Client.

    since you "fixed" the DNS problem, the empty alerts are gone.
