[8.920][ANSWERED] Endpoint Update failed.

Hi all,

Hope you are doing well.

I have this problem when I downloaded the agent from the link that Astaro gave me and installed the agent and removed MSE agent , the sophos agent could not update.

I don't know where is the problem but the internet is working fine.

Hope helping me in issue and thanks in advance.

    Is that for 8.920 version? Does this only happen to the link?How about the installer?

    8.920 Version
    Install worked but did not update

    seems to be stuck on a file
    see attached
    I tried re-booting - no difference
    Tried manual update - same problem - stuck on same file

    eventually it times out and says could not contact server - during the process something is hitting hard disk.

    Same issue on 2 different laptops - both running windows 7 - one 32 bit , one 64 bit
