You cracked me up with this one after I saw the screenshot [:)].

On a serious note, we're working on the "un-useful" events. So far I see we get those when we play around with tamper protection. In the next beta releases, we'll have this fixed.

Did you link those empty events with "out-of-date" messages? I can't see in your screenshot anything about being "out-of-date".

I've noticed that few of them are coming up once you have an "out of date" or policy block

Assuming a USB is getting blocked, you then get a message saying that device is blocked but I then you get another one like the one attached

I will try to replicate this once my endpoint come back "online" [:)]

I've noticed today that we get multiple notifications for the same event. For example a client has a scheduled scan yesterday. Instead of getting one alert we got few (pic attached

Also this should be classified as informational and not alert in the UTM

Also in order for the status of the message to be "ok" you have to acknowledge all events!!!!

i got this useless empty alerts while my epp-client couldn´t reach the update server (DNS issue)...each time i pressed the update link/button i got such a message.
