[8.910][DUPE] Unable to view the log file due to MS Visual C++ library runtime

As attached when trying to view the log I am getting the following error

Maybe this is related to https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/astaroorg/f/77/t/64693

I've already sent the SDU via email to Tom
