[8.910][ANSWERED] Endpoint Updates

Hi All

What are the IP ranges that the product is using to download files? (I need the information to allow it via the FW) as per https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/astaroorg/f/77/t/64669

It seems that the client will make an https connection to all.broker.sophos.com (DNS group to be created for FW) and then download updates via http. The HTTP requests I am aware of are to the following hosts:

77.67.27.24 (d3.sophosupd.com)
77.67.27.11

However, I am not sure why the client is not using the proxy?

    Well, it does if you use transparent mode. ;-)

    The client has been developed by Sophos, before the two companies got together. I'm pretty sure it will use the proxy one day, but it currently doesn't. That's it. We are still in the process of growing together and you found one of the pieces that don't fit together perfectly yet.
