Hi All
Could I please suggest to have only one uninstall entry for the sophos antivirus instead of 3 ? Is there a reason for having 3 instead of 1 file?
Thanks
My problem with that approach is the fact that it's important in *which order* you uninstall. I had problems with the Windows GUI style being reverted to win2000 look and got an error message after next reboot, luckily it somehow fixed itself after another reboot. Later I found out I had to uninstall the Auto-Updater first.I agree with the OP feature request. I don't know what the AV guys intention is, but the potential for messing up a system is high if the uninstall is in the wrong sequence. It doesn't present a good intention. After removing all three components, there were still a bunch of registry entries still in the registry. Rebooting still showing Sophos AV was still running[:O]
