[8.900][CLOSED] Unable to install Endpoint Client on to XP machine

Hi just tried to install the Endpoint Client onto a XP laptop.
The Installation goes through the extraction process then comes up with the Windows "Setup.exe has encountered a problem a needs to close."
Please see attached file from windows error system if useful.

Hi Mark,

Can you please run the SDU (Sophos Diagnostic Utility) on the computer? It will create a ZIP with relevant log information. Please forward that ZIP to tom.kistner@sophos.com. Thanks! [:)]
