[8.900][CLOSED] Sophos Endpoint Protection status update

Hi All

I am seeing that according to ASG the antivirus protection for one of my users is ok whether the second shows as "out of date". However, the pc that shows ok is still downloading files (attached) whereas the ones showing as "out of date" has completed all the updates

Also the second pc is not available twice on the ASG report!
