UTM 9.3 on Hyper-V 2012 R2

The problem is that I can't ping the server even when it comes to the cli mode where it says "All configurations is done with webadmin. Go to https://IP:4444"

I can't even ping from the CLI to another server, it gives destination host unreachable.. I checked the IP settings and it's correct and my network config on HyperV is correct becoz i have other machines working. 

I tried reformatting and reinstalling with 2 nics but that doesn't work either.

Did you by chance select the wrong NIC for eth0 at install?

The UTM9.x does not work with the "old" legacy-nics of Hyper-V.
You can install and select them, but you will never see any packet going through this interfaces.
I had serveral contacts with sophos-support and they told me that they don't intend to add support for the legacy-nics.
So you have to restrict yourself using the maximum amount of  8 standard-hyper-v-nics.
