[QUESTION/PROBLEM] Upgrading from 9.210-20

Please ask Sophos Support to do the following at the command line if you have paid support:

First, in WebAdmin, on the 'Configuration' tab of 'Management >> Up2Date', set 'Firmware download interval' to "Manual."  Then, at the command line:

echo ' 9.209009'>/etc/version

You now should be able to Up2Date to 9.300 in WebAdmin.  I believe I've done this without a reboot, but that may be required before the Up2Date.  Afterwards, remember to set your 'Firmware download interval' back to what you want.

As of 10-December the Up2Dates through 9.303 are available on the FTP site.

If the UTM is on 9.209 or on a lower version and you want to update to 9.3 you can manually delete the up2date package from 9.209 to 9.210 (located in (/var/up2date/sys).
