[9.302-2][BUG] Nic order Scrambled after patch

Hi All
After 9.32-2 patch the ETH* to MAC address order is all scrambled.
I notice that the /etc/sysconfig/network/ directory is missing. 
I had Mac's added to the correct Eth* in /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules but these haven't been followed.

This really is a PITA.
