Apologies for the noob-ish post, but I've been away from the beta program for a few years and I'm just getting to know the latest incarnation of ASG/UTM.
My primary interest this time around is the HTML5 Webportal, but so far I am finding it somewhat frustrating. For the below items, are these just features that don't exists? or am I missing something?
- RDP resolution - It seems like there is no ability/option to change the resolution at all. Making it worse, the default resolution is very low.
-SSH - Why am I forced to specify a username? In a prod env there could be a hundred people using a single *nix box. You already have to grant the user access to the resource (and they need credentials), so creating individual portal connections seems crazy.
- Timeouts - Is there anyway to set a connection timeout? I have have left for the day and came back to find my connection is still active. Also, I have rebooted my desktop and found my session is still valid. This is a huge security hole.
Minor:
- 2-factor - I love that two factor is available, but it would be nicer if there was an additional field at login. Users can be dumb and I can already envision the calls.
