I can see the timer of start of Quota timer. However...
What is the trigger of stopping the timer?
 detect FIN/RST packets of the sessions?
or
 there is another timer to stop the quota timer (to check inactivity)?
  --> if so, how long the timer watch the activity?
or
 the other ?
