[9.280-3][BUG] WebAdmin login arrow area has no action

As seen in https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/astaroorg/f/52/t/29566

Clicking on the green arrow in the "button" on the WebAdmin login screen does nothing while clicking in area of the Login text proceeds with a login attempt.
