[9.265][BUG] SMTP Proxy disallows / ignores network groups

Exceptions using network group objects can not be created anymore / imported exceptions from pre 9.3 using groups are not working anymore and connot be edited.

Hi Sascha,

all of these Network Group Object problems probably have the same root cause which should be fixed with the next beta version.
