Got this one now, during the night:

One of my UTMs has thrown up that error. Wondering if it could be sign that the SSD is dying?

I don't think so, almost all my customers, utm appliance, software and virtual are getting this [;)]

Not due to a SSD dying. Seeing it randomly on a few 9.3xx lab systems (we have not approved 9.3xx for production use), no disk corruption, power loss evident, I believe it's a bug in the script that runs to detect and repair RPM DB corruption.
