Got this one now, during the night:

RPM Database is corrupted, attempting to rebuild it.

    For those of you late to the party, in panic mode, and/or don't have support, back up a page in this thread to my support call and save yourself the worry. It would be good for those of you who do have support to go ahead and start a case to "squeak the wheel", because there's obviously a problem with the false positives happening.
