[9.265][BUG] IPS log old entry...

I just noticed the ips log, it still has this when you exit IPS:

Could not remove pid file /var/run//snort_0.pid: Permission denied

I know it has been reported in 9.2 beta also, but could this not be prevented in the future? - Had customer calling, thinking his IPS was broken somehow [:)]
