We just released the first update for the UTM 9.3 Beta, 9.265. This fixes several issues encountered by Beta users (see list further below). We delayed this update to make sure to include a fix for the various Kernel panics we saw (Issue #33196).
Important Note: There was a bug in 9.260, that in many cases will cause the "Install" buttons for the Up2Date not to be displayed in WebAdmin.
If you are affected by this (and most people are, unfortunately), you need to apply the update by logging into the UTM via SSH, switching to root and then call
# auisys.plx --types=sys
This will install the Up2Date package.
Fixed Issues
- [32831] enabling time based dynamic channel selection should not be possible without selecting a scan-time
- [32994] Customization template will not be used when http proxy is running
- [33028] client does not get an IP from separate zone network
- [33081] Deanonymization gives wrong name in Quota status report
- [33095] RED50 frequently reconnecting because configuring an Additional Address as UTM-Hostname is not supported [9.3]
- [33133] SPX "Generated and Stored for recipient" does not work after "recipient specified" mode was used.
- [33169] Regression: Application Control via HTTP proxy doesn't work at all
- [33171] auisys in --nosys mode deletes sys descriptions -> this results in that the button to start the Up2Date is not visible
- [33176] AV scan size limit not applied in mode 'monitor'
- [33180] Missing help link on HTTPS tab
- [33196] Kernel Panic when trying to access FTP sites
- [33200] Wifi: make IEEE 802.11r optional
- [33206] Beta Installer says 9.3 Alpha
