[9.260-8][OPEN] SUM access

Unable to access UTM using SUM, connection is established, but is never completed.

UTM was moved to 9.3b using the up2date package.

PS, I could be being a bit hasty here, the UTM is very slow to respond to webadmin functions. It is an i3-4130 with 8gb and a 120gb ssd. Restart didn't help.

I am going to restart the UTM to see if that improves its outlook on life.

    Update.
    currently two UTMs are running 9.304, the third one will update overnight.

    I used to be able to access all the UTMs from the SUM did not matter where I was. Now I can only access the UTMs via the SUM connected on the internal network.
    One SUM has a specific entry in the webadmin allowed networks for the SUM source network (/32) address. That has not helped.
