[9.260-8][OPEN] SUM access

Unable to access UTM using SUM, connection is established, but is never completed.

UTM was moved to 9.3b using the up2date package.

PS, I could be being a bit hasty here, the UTM is very slow to respond to webadmin functions. It is an i3-4130 with 8gb and a 120gb ssd. Restart didn't help.

I am going to restart the UTM to see if that improves its outlook on life.

    Hi Martin,
    it was an existing UTM upgraded from 9.207-19 to 9.260-8 using the up2date package. It has ben a long time since I had to delete a UTM from the SUM to get it to register properly, the last time was a complete rebuild of the SUM after a disk failure on the VM during a vm upgrade.

    The UTM has reported to the SUM the correct external address, the SUM has not updated the agent. The UTM has been restarted twice, once after the update and a second time ot see if I could overcome the webadmin issue, not a UTM problem.

    Your log UTM entry looks very similar to mine except I don't have the yearly files missing.

    Strange...how do you state that the SUM not has updated the agent?, I will look into that on mine [;)]
