On the dashboard, the right hand side lets you add content and place them into tab'ed frames. If you have more then one of these multi-tab boxes, only the top one works. The rest only the first tab works.
So it looks like the graph is showing, it just shows at the top of the page. I tested this with Chrome and IE.
Different arrangements cause an issues, if I turn off the Current system configuration, it works as intended
