9.201 Web Protection: Excepted clients not getting default Policy

Hi,

Having some issues of which Ill start with the default Filter (Base Policy) applying to any clients who skip auth or fail.

We have blocked just Nudity (Handy at a school) on the default Allow Filter.

We have set every device to AD SSO or Web Auth BUT for iOS devices we have set to NO Auth in the hope like in previous versions it would apply that default policy.
But ALAS an iOS device can now browse whatever the heck it wants. Not handy.
This was working in previous versions.
Any ideas or thoughts?

    please allow me to clarify.

    device is iOS with no Auth hitting a set default allow with nudity blocked.

    there are 3 attempts in succession in the above logs:

    1-  Safari on iOS - Blocked 
    2 - Chrome iOS (Private Browsing enabled) - Blocked
    3 - Chrome iOS (Normal Browsing) - all allowed - any **** - everything allowed BAD BAD BAD

    please help me fix this, I don't know where to look?

    thanks so much for any and all help. Cant have kids using chrome on ios devices with open access when safari seems fine.
