[9.200][BUG] Add Nic VMwawe scrambles Nic order with Intel i350

Hi All
I just tried to add an extra NIC interface to my VMware UTM. When I do this the NIC Interface MAC order gets scrambled.
When I look at at eth0 the MAC address changes (very frustrating).
Hope the pics tell the tale

If you look at the pics the pic labels are:-
Nic Mac Address Normal
eth0 norm vmware
vmVirtgroup
vm NICs
add i350 nic
new eth0 mac address
udev 70-persitent rules
udev 71 rules

In the below pics show normal operation.

When I add an extra virtual Nic the below pics show the results.

udev 70-persitent rules

    Hi Mark,

    We are checking this issue. Lets do a small recap:
    - after adding eth3, noticed that 71-virtual-mac-net.rules shows correctly the mac address for eth0, BUT ifconfig doest and displays eth3's mac address.
    Can you confirm that in VM the machine displays the correct mac addresses? Can you also confirm for sure in 9.1 that it worked?

    What happens if you perform a reboot of the UTM? Whats the output of ifconfig? 
    Can you also plz provide boot.log?

    A reboot doesn't change the output order of ifconfig.
    If I have only 3 nics all OK (everything works OK)
    I ran up the latest 9.1 and I'm having the same problem, I had a working 5 port 9.1 but that could have been started as a base beta and just patched up.
    Attached are latest files.
    I did notice some strange characters in the 70-net file.
