[9.20]][Bug] Unable to Restore Backup

Hi All
I tried to restore a backup from last night from USB Stick from console reboot.
I'm using VMware, 
I turned off UTM.
I added USB Stick.
Rebooted.
And got the below error see pic.
I tried again with another reboot same message.
