[9.200][notREPROD]POP3 mail manager not releasing mail

Hi,
last ditch bug.

I am trying to release messages from the POP3 mail manager that have been classified as confirmed SPAM which really aren't. I have tagged "them release and report false positive", but they are never released.

My wife will have to retrieve them using webmail.

Hi Ian,

does your problem still persist?
I made a quick check and for me "Release and report as false positive" works.

Please also check if your pop3 accounts on the UTM are setup correctly. You won't be able to release mails if there is no account associated.

Otherwise I would need a more detailed view of your setup and config to investigate further.

Hi Sebastian,
I have reviewed the accounts and the one that would release wasn't setup, but the interesting part is that a number of other e-mail accounts weren't setup, but did not block or capture the spam.
I have changed the configuration, the account holder is not home agian until net Tuesday, so no further testing until Wednesday my time.
